Travelling with family or a larger group? The canter, a mini-bus that seats around 18 people, is the budget-friendly alternative, operated directly by the Karnataka Forest Department. On weekdays, canter safaris run in 2 sessions: one between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and another between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM. Weekends open up to 4 shorter sessions across the same morning and afternoon windows.
