AIR-CONDITIONED NICOBARI VILLA

 

Inspired by the traditional "Nicobari Community Hall" of the tribe in Nicobar Islands, the villa comprises of two circular interconnected structures, the first being the sleeping space opening out to a private courtyard and the second being the restroom. The large four-poster bed, the plush sea-green sofa, writing table, and chair are all made from fine timber, adding a rustic charm to the villa.

 
DUPLEX COTTAGE ( PARTIALLY AIR-CONDITIONED )

 

A comfortable and elegant duplex cottage, ideal for a family with children. The bedroom on the lower level of the quaint cottage is connected to a sit out area. The mezzanine floor has a low queen size bed, low seating, and an open deck fronting it. Kids particularly enjoy the upper level.

Large, inviting beds are fronted by a floor-to-ceiling picture window that gives you a panoramic view of the tropical foliage around. A spacious balcony wraps around two sides of the cottage providing spaces in which to work on your tan, read a book or simply imbibe the spirit of the surrounding jungle. A separate walk-in jungle shower with a clear glass view of the forest canopy is the perfect place to rinse off after the beach.

Constructed majorly using fast regenerable materials, bamboo matting shapes the walls, local hardwood fashions the floors, and palm-leaves thatch makes the roofs of this chic cottage. Complementing the cottage is a lovely balcony where you could spend time reading or just soaking in nature and spotting birds.

Spacious, simple, and charming at the same time. There is a sit out with lovely wooden high back chairs from where you could enjoy your morning coffee with a garden view. The bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair, and pedestal fans to keep the room nice and airy during the day.
